How long does it take to set up an inspector account?: We will try to respond to your account request within the same business day. The account setup will only take a few minutes.
How long does it take to set up a fire marshal account?: We will try to respond to your account request within the same business day. Account setup only take a few minutes, but you may also want our team to import a list of businesses in your jurisdiction.
Can I schedule an in-person meeting or demo with my organization?: Yes! We would be happy to schedule a meeting or demo with your organization. Contact our team to set up a time that works for you.
How do I know if I need to upload to the Fire Compliance Data System?: If you are not sure if the businesses you inspected is in an area that uses the Fire Compliance Data System, please Contact our team and we can help you determine if your inspections need to be uploaded.
I did not receive my user invitation email. What should I do?: Check your spam or junk folder to see if the email was filtered there. If not, Contact our team or your account administrator and we will resend the invitation email to you.
Who can see my inspection reports?: Only members of your fire code inspection organization and the fire department for the jurisdiction where the business is located can see your inspection reports.
